I have designed and developed soft skills learning experiences for 30 years.

Among the programs I have designed are:

• Multi Day Leadership Development curricula
• Multi session online programs on Management Skills, Leading Change, and Coaching Skills
• Train-the-trainer programs on a variety of topics, including Managing Transition, Driving Innovation, and Inclusive Leadership (focused on DEI principles)

I have also successfully converted face-to-face programs into engaging online experiences, and vice-versa.
